Featured CD - The Edison Legacy (vol.1) A landmark release from Marston is the Edison Legacy (volume 1), presenting unpublished treasures from the extraordinary Edison Archive. Thomas Edison's pioneering recordings captured some of the greatest voices of the great age of opera, but very few were ever released. Now, thanks to painstaking research, the first batch of these oustanding recordings is available on a 2CD set, restored by Ward Marston, the great name of historical recording resoration. A superb line-up of singers is presented in this set, including Bori, Destinn, Hempel, Korsoff, Leisner, Melis, Olitzka, Viglione-Borghese, Vogelstrom and many more.
